Join the GSK’s Apprentice Program: Help us get ahead of disease together Education required: You are regularly enrolled in an apprenticeship Master’s degree in Digital Transformation or Business Analyst in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium. Language requirement: Fluent in French or English (both is a plus) Other requirements: Coding in Python Knowledge in Copilot Studio, Claude, Agentic programmation Strong interest in operations and performance management Good analytical skills (Excel required, Power BI is a plus) Structured, organized and solution-oriented mindset Good communication skills Expected start date: October / November 2026 Requisite: You are currently following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment. The apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment. Support the roadmap to increase the digital performance of the shopfloor through an argentic approach Support daily production monitoring (output, efficiency, deviations) Analyze performance indicators (OEE, yield, line efficiency) Help identify improvement opportunities on packaging lines Support implementation of operational improvement projects Assist in planning and coordination of production activities Prepare reports and dashboards for management review Support deviation tracking and follow-up actions Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams What are we looking for?
