The Logistics Quality & Security Team is responsible for upholding operational excellence within the Logistics Supply Chain across Forward, Reverse and Service Logistics. We ensure adherence to Cisco’s Master Security Specifications by conducting global audits across our supply chain networks. By driving critical remediation and protecting Cisco’s brand, we uphold operational excellence. Additionally, we lead security incident investigations and collaborate with business partners on strategic supply chain initiatives. We are looking for an experienced supply chain professional who has a strong background in logistics, supply chain security, auditing and conflict resolution. As a Logistics Security Project Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in supporting the logistics security program including security incident investigation, driving timely closure on audit findings and helping keep Cisco's supply chain secure. What You'll Do:Drive operational excellence adherence thru the Master Security Specification (MSS) by supporting activities related to Security Audits in APJC region (Forward, Reverse & Service Logistics, other Cisco business units) Utilize security audit applications & tools to initiate security audits, produce audit results, generate and present summary findings & observations, and drive closure of audit findings working directly with the Logistics Partners and Cisco regional operations teams Update Security related metrics, MSS audit schedule and reporting Assists in managing the investigation of physical and cybersecurity incidents with internal business stakeholders and external partners, manage meetings, generate summary report and drive remediation and closure Support security projects such as new sites enablement, relocations, decommissioning, MSS updates, RFPs, CTPAT revalidations and other certifications or audits Who You'll Work With:You will work cross-functionally with Forward, Reverse & Service Logistics Operations, Partner Management and Contract Teams, Demo Loan Services, Refresh, Various “X”-Hub (Ghub, Mhub, Shub, etc.) teams, Mfg Security Team, Corp Security Team, Corp Risk, and Legal, along with the Logistics Partner base. Who You Are:Strong supply chain and logistics knowledge Ability to see the wider picture of the supply chain network; familiar with Forward, Reverse or Service Logistics supply chains A strong cross-functional collaborator and team-oriented player Organized, multi-tasker with proven project management skills Bachelors + 2 - 5 years logistics experience with emphasis on warehouse / fulfillment, domestic & international transportation flows and cross border movement of goods Good Communicator: capable of leading conversations to influence and drive better decisions with multiple Partners Maintains relationships with Logistics Partners and Cisco Operations by executing the MSS Audit and Security Incident remediation plans Supports change by helping to identify impacts of the security incident or project, building awareness and support for change within the organization Evaluates MSS audit results against success metrics; implements changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and streamlined audit process Balances problems or conflicts openly and directly, makes decisions to advance desired business outcomes Familiar with TAPA Standards (FSR, TSR, Cyber Security, Parking Security Standards) and other security industry certifications Proven skills with MS 365 Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Works cross-functionally across Cisco teams & Logistics Partner Base Why Cisco?
