Job Title: Sr Director, CS Business Consulting Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Roadmap Development: Translating high-level company goals into multi-year transformation roadmaps. This involves identifying areas for improvement, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring clear alignment with executive leadership. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serving as the connective tissue across departments (IT, Operations, Finance, Sales). You are responsible for breaking down silos to ensure integrated delivery. Governance & Operational Excellence: Defining the "rules of the road" for transformation projects. This includes establishing decision forums, project management standards (e.g., PMO leadership), risk/RAID management, and clear escalation pathways. Change Management & Culture: Leading the "people side" of transformation. This involves designing communication strategies, fostering a culture of innovation, and addressing organizational resistance to ensure that new ways of working are adopted and sustained. Data-Driven Decisioning: Transforming complex project data into actionable insights for the C-suite. You are the "translator" who turns technical progress into a narrative that demonstrates business value and ROI.
