Then this is the perfect job for you. • Job Overview: The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing materials and services by building expertise in external industries, sourcing skills, and internal categories and markets. This role coordinates and executes sourcing activities, manages relationships, and ensures business needs are met efficiently. The position includes defining and executing sourcing recommendations with basic proficiency, delivering supply assurance, value creation, and policy compliance. The role also involves driving capability building within PSM teams, leading process improvements, and supporting governance and innovation initiatives. • Key Responsibilities: Define and execute sourcing tactics and recommendations to ensure supply assurance, value creation, and compliance. Manage internal and external relationships to align stakeholders and communicate externally. Lead projects focused on savings, technical improvements, cost structure, relationships, and stewardship. Build capability within PSM teams by developing and deploying work processes and training. Support governance, innovation, and mastery of PSM-related tools, processes, and capabilities across the region. Job Qualifications • Hard Skills: Basic proficiency in sourcing and procurement processes. Ability to analyze data and recommend strategic sourcing interventions. Familiarity with work process development and continuous improvement methodologies. • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Nice to Have Skills: Experience or training in supply chain management or procurement.
