The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview This role provides leadership for enterprise finance applications supporting the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Loaner process within DePuy Synthes. The Sr. Manager will partner across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that enable accurate billing, revenue recognition, and inventory tracking for loaner assets. This is a highly visible role within the DePuy Synthes Technology Organization with direct impact on business performance, helping modernize core financial processes and improve data quality to support decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise finance applications aligned to Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Loaner processes. Oversee systems supporting billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, data quality, and reporting to enable timely and accurate decision‑making. Ensure alignment to regulatory and internal control requirements across financial reporting and transaction processing. Lead system implementation, enhancement, and integration efforts across ERP and connected platforms (e.g., order management, billing, and receivables systems). Manage relationships with cross‑functional partners and vendors, including service level agreements and performance metrics. Develop and mentor a team of technology and functional experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including standardization of O2C processes and system harmonization. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant advanced degree preferred Experience and Skills Required: 10–12 years of relevant experience in finance systems, enterprise applications, or IT supporting finance processes Strong expertise in Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable Experience leading enterprise finance application platforms (e.g., ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle) Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and translate business needs into technology solutions Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting requirements Experience managing or leading teams in a matrixed, global environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred: Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries Familiarity with loaner inventory or field inventory management processes in medical device environments Experience with large‑scale transformation programs (e.g., ERP modernization or S/4HANA) Knowledge of data analytics, reporting platforms, and financial data architecture Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Experience managing external vendors or system integrators Other Language: English required Travel: Up to 10–20% domestic and/or international travel Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, PMP, or Finance/Accounting certifications) preferred For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit www.careers.jnj.com.
