The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Description du poste Le/La Pricing Analyst est un contributeur clé et expérimenté, opérant avec un haut niveau d’autonomie. Le poste joue un rôle stratégique dans le pilotage des politiques de prix, de la gestion des remises (rebates) et de l’analyse de la performance commerciale pour DePuy Synthes France. Il/Elle est responsable de la production d’analyses financières complexes, de la fiabilité des calculs de remises et de la mise à disposition d’insights permettant d’orienter les décisions commerciales et stratégiques, dans le strict respect des exigences de conformité, de contrôle interne et SOX. Responsabilités principales Piloter l’analyse, le calcul, la validation et le reporting des remises clients (rebates), en évaluant précisément leur impact financier par activité et ligne de produits. Garantir l’exactitude des modèles de remises et des provisions associées, en totale conformité avec les exigences SOX, les contrôles internes et les règles de compliance. Communiquer de manière proactive et structurée auprès du management sur les impacts financiers, les écarts, les risques et les opportunités liés aux remises. Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance pricing (KPIs) et produire des analyses ad hoc afin de mesurer l’atteinte des objectifs de prix. Évaluer les modèles de prix existants, les structures de remises et les accords clients afin d’identifier des opportunités d’optimisation de la rentabilité. Formuler des recommandations de modèles de pricing alternatifs (prix, remises, structures contractuelles) pour sécuriser des comptes stratégiques et soutenir les appels d’offres. Coordonner avec les équipes commerciales et marketing la mise à jour et le déploiement des listes de prix, avec une documentation rigoureuse et traçable. Contribuer aux exercices de business planning, de prévision (forecasting) et d’analyses de profitabilité clients. Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs plus juniors dans les méthodologies, processus et bonnes pratiques pricing. Incarner au quotidien le Credo et les Leadership Imperatives dans les interactions transverses et la collaboration réseau. Profil, compétences clés et expérience : Diplôme Bac+5 (finance / commerce / analyse de données) Minimum 5 ans d'expérience Expertise en pricing / finance / analyse business Solides compétences analytiques et en modélisation financière Capacité à communiquer avec la direction et les parties prenantes seniors Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et Power BI Rigueur, sens du détail et autonomie Expérience en environnement international et niveau anglais courant Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
