This position supports regional and global supplier strategies across Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations, ensuring consistent execution of sourcing, supplier performance, and contract governance. This role offers the opportunity to work cross‑functionally with regional teams, global category leaders, and key suppliers to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality across a diverse international footprint. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of strategic supplier and category strategies for E&PS services across OUS regions, in alignment with global objectives. Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent supplier performance management, including service level adherence, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Coordinate supplier onboarding, governance, and compliance activities in line with Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Synthes policies and procedures. Assist in contract lifecycle management, including implementation, renewals, and change management, ensuring alignment with approved sourcing strategies. Analyze supplier performance, spend, and operational data to generate insights and support decision‑making. Collaborate with Global and Regional Procurement, E&PS, and Finance teams to support cost optimization and risk mitigation initiatives. Support regional and global supplier reviews, business reviews, and governance forums. Ensure supplier activities comply with applicable regulatory, quality, sustainability, and ethical standards. Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or advanced coursework in Procurement or Supply Chain Management. Experience and Skills Required: Typically 5–8 years of relevant work experience in procurement, supplier management, facilities services, or related operational roles. Experience supporting strategic suppliers or categories in a regional or global environment. Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams. Solid understanding of contract management principles and supplier governance processes. Preferred: Experience supporting Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Corporate Services categories. Familiarity with global procurement tools, sourcing platforms, and performance management frameworks. Experience working in a regulated or highly matrixed global organization. Exposure to supplier risk management, sustainability, or ESG initiatives. Prior experience supporting OUS or EMEA regions. Clear, professional communication skills for stakeholder and supplier engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supplier performance and spend data. Other: Languages: English required; additional European languages are an advantage. Travel: Limited; up to 10–20% international travel. Certifications: Procurement or Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred but not required.
