Location/Division Specific Information This role is based in our dynamic Stafford Springs, CT facility, where we focus on innovative solutions and flawless operations in maintenance. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring efficient and safe operations! A day in the Life: • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems • Perform routine preventative maintenance on facilities systems and production equipment • Operate, maintain, and improve the site's industrial wastewater treatment system Keys to Success: Collaboration, critical thinking, and a dedication to safety are essential. Successfully implement solutions and contribute dynamically to our engineering teams. REQUIREMENTS: Education • High school diploma or GED Required Experience • 1+ years in a mechanical role • Experience in a manufacturing plant environment • Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems • Excellent communication skills • Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings • Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) certification • Ability to wear an air purifying respirator What We Offer: Competitive Pay Performance Related Bonus where eligible Annual merit performance-based increase Excellent Benefits Medical benefits Paid Time Off/Annual Leave Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.00–$27.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
