A day in the Life: • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems • Provide technical assistance and mentor junior mechanics • Participate in Lean events to improve maintenance techniques Keys to Success: Collaboration, critical thinking, and a dedication to safety are essential. Successfully implement solutions and contribute dynamically to our engineering teams. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
