As an Accountant I, you'll handle financial operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment. You'll have opportunities to enhance processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company's continued growth and success through accurate financial management and reporting. REQUIREMENTS: • At least three years of experience in a maquiladora plant • Bachelor's degree in Accountant • Preferably someone who knows how to use Prosys ERP and Microsoft Excel • Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end close processes • Experience with account reconciliations and journal entry preparation Strong knowledge in tax: monthly taxes, VAT refund, DIOT, ISN, Informative reports, Tax annual report, IMSS, SAR INFONAVIT, Tax compliance in the payroll. etc. • Strong organizational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Experience with financial reporting tools and systems, BlackLine preferred • System automation and process improvement mindset • Ability to adapt to new processes • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and professional ethics
