The Opportunity As a Technical Lead for Archiving, your main focus will be navigating organizational complexity to define and communicate comprehensive solution visions and roadmaps for large-scale, strategically critical initiatives: Define and Drive Solution Roadmaps: Spearhead the strategic vision and roadmap for complex, high-impact data archiving initiatives, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Lead Content and Scope Management: Develop and champion robust scope management strategies, overseeing significant architectural and data-related changes while driving process efficiency. Solve Complex Delivery Challenges: Proactively identify strategic opportunities and risks, lead cross-boundary troubleshooting, and drive consensus on critical engineering and delivery decisions. Manage High-Impact Stakeholders: Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior management across global sites, effectively navigating conflicts to achieve strategic alignment. Embed Agile & Best Practices: Lead organizational change initiatives by fostering innovation, embedding Agile frameworks, and refining delivery methodologies across the product domain. Navigate Complex Dependencies: Manage highly intricate project deliveries with multiple interconnected dependencies, transforming ambiguous requirements into execution-ready plans. Who You Are We are looking for a visionary, agile-minded technical leader who thrives on solving complex data landscape challenges and collaborating with diverse global teams: Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven track record operating in a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Technical Product Owner, Program Manager, RTE/STE, or Agile Coach) with extensive experience leading large-scale, complex software or data delivery programs (Required). Agile Expertise: Mastery of Agile frameworks, delivery methodologies, and leading cross-functional organizational change initiatives (Required). Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior management and drive alignment (Required). Domain & Trend Knowledge: In-depth business acumen and understanding of technology/market trends to effectively shape global data archiving strategies (Preferred). Leadership & Mentoring: Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, with a natural inclination to guide less experienced professionals, foster innovation, and cultivate a growth mindset (Preferred). What You Get Salary Range: 14,175 - 26,325 PLN gross monthly based on the employment contract. Performance Bonus: Annual bonus payment based on your performance. Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170’100.00 PLN - 315’900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
