Job description

WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Notino Experience Program Manager for EMEA and APAC, you'll be the regional anchor for how Notion's global people programs come to life outside the U.S. This role is perfect for strategic thinkers and big dreamers who thrive at the intersection of global vision and local execution. Based in Dublin and reporting to the Notino Experience & Environment Lead for APAC & EMEA, you'll bridge the Global Experience Programs team in AMER with our environment teams internationally across Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hyderabad — translating global programs into locally relevant, high-quality experiences and building the operational infrastructure to make that happen at scale. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Own regional program operations. Take end-to-end ownership of key people programs across EMEA and APAC — from onboarding and performance cycles to engagement surveys and talent retention initiatives. You'll research, plan, launch, and iterate. - Bridge global and local. Act as the connective layer between the Global Experience Programs team and on-the-ground environment teams. You'll translate global frameworks into locally relevant experiences. - Build the infrastructure. Create processes, playbooks, and agents that make local execution easier and more consistent across markets. Think onboarding workflows, program calendars, and repeatable delivery frameworks. - Elevate Affinity Groups. Partner with Affinity Group leads across the region to strengthen their programmes, provide operational support, and help surface retention and engagement insights from within those communities. - Use data to drive decisions. Build and maintain dashboards that track program health, adoption, and outcomes. Use what you learn to run experiments, course-correct quickly, and demonstrate ROI. - Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with People Partners, NoE , Recruitment and business leaders to align people programs with organisational goals and ensure an inclusive, well-supported employee experience. - Champion the Notion Experience. Help craft and bring to life a more distinct Notino Experience brand across EMEA and APAC — reimagining how we work, how we connect, and what it feels like to be a Notino in your region. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Programatic: experience running people programs end-to-end, across multiple markets & time zones. - AI-native mindset: you’re “AI‑pilled” in the best way: you proactively use AI tools to speed up research, ops, and communication, and you’re excited to build AI agents/playbooks. - Project management: strong skills and the ability to hold many moving pieces. - Stakeholder trust: you build trust naturally across levels, from team members to executive partners. - Bias toward action: you’re resourceful, scrappy when needed, and energised by a fast-moving environment. - Change management: experience driving change at a high-growth company — you know how to bring people along, not just roll things out. - Executive presence: you’re comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders. NICE TO HAVES: - Familiarity with or enthusiasm for Notion - Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets, with an understanding of cultural nuance in employee experience. - Comfort with Slack as a primary communication and culture-building tool Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 - €90,000.
