The Opportunity This position works out of our Poland, Warsaw location in the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division. The role is dedicated for Poland and CEE region. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Training & Digital Learning Manager to lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of commercial training initiatives across Poland and CEE. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of sales training programs, onboarding, and capability development initiatives, ensuring execution excellence and alignment with regional strategy and global standards. As the primary owner of training execution within the market, you will work closely with the Poland and CEE Commercial Capability Leads, Marketing and Global and Regional Training Partners to build and sustain a high-performing commercial organization. Key Responsibilities Program Ownership & Execution Excellence Own the end-to-end delivery of commercial training programs, including design, development, deployment, and effectiveness measurement. Lead the execution of key initiatives focused on product and clinical knowledge, onboarding, sales skills development, and field coaching through double visits with representatives. Ensure training solutions are practical, scalable, and embedded into daily commercial execution. Drive high-quality implementation of learning initiatives that support business objectives and commercial performance. Onboarding & Capability Deployment Fully own the Poland onboarding program, ensuring new hires are enabled effectively, consistently, and rapidly. Translate strategic capability frameworks into engaging and actionable learning journeys. Coordinate training execution across internal stakeholders, trainers, external vendors, and learning platforms. Ensure capability-building initiatives are aligned with commercial priorities and field realities. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration Partner closely with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Affiliate Commercial Teams, and Global Training functions to ensure aligned execution. Serve as the primary operational contact for training initiatives within Poland and dedicated region. Influence stakeholders through strong communication, structure, and disciplined follow-through to drive adoption and engagement. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define, monitor, and analyze training effectiveness metrics, adoption indicators, and participant feedback. Continuously enhance learning content, delivery methods, and training journeys based on insights and business needs. Manage and optimize the Learning Management System through preferable by Abbott digital environment for Poland and CEE Ensure all learning initiatives remain relevant, impactful, and aligned to evolving commercial requirements. Strategic Contribution Participate in strategic training and capability-building discussions, bringing execution insights and market perspectives. Support pilots, transformation initiatives, and capability evolution projects while developing broader exposure to capability leadership topics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial training, sales enablement, learning & development, instructional design, or a related field within a commercial and regulated industry, preferably healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences. Proven track record of successfully managing complex training programs from concept and design through deployment, adoption, and effectiveness evaluation. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern digital learning methodologies. Minimum of 5 years of experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and business functions. Experience developing and delivering blended learning solutions utilizing classroom, virtual, digital, and on-the-job training approaches. Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and experience working within digital training environment. Demonstrated experience implementing capability frameworks, sales excellence programs, and commercial effectiveness initiatives. Strong digital awareness with the ability to leverage technology, learning platforms, and data-driven insights to enhance training effectiveness. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and native-level Polish. Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including regional travel across EMEA.
