2 years Fixed-Term contract The European Transport Planning Manager will support Logistics & Distribution activities by coordinating business, technical and third-party logistics partner requirements related to process and system changes. The role focuses on ensuring that logistics and distribution processes, ERP/SAP solutions and partner systems are integrated effectively, compliant with relevant requirements and aligned with business needs. This person will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and external logistics partners, supporting implementation of changes, testing, issue resolution and continuous improvement activities. The role will also contribute to reducing customer supply risk by analysing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting change/project delivery in the Logistics & Distribution area. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for system and process integration between GSK systems and third party logistics and distribution systems in Europe including GXP data. Manage changes related to third party logistic and distribution systems and processes through change requests. Reduce the risk of customer supply by influencing GSK Tech and third party logistic and distribution partner systems and processes. Provide technical assessments and options to business initiatives, changes, projects or issues. Manage and collaborate in partnership with third party logistics and distribution partners on systems, logistics and distribution related topics and matters. Represent EU CSC L&D on GSK Tech bodies and major projects. Support EU CSC on performance, performance improvements and data analytics. Promote GSK’s position and culture of continuous improvements, RCA and CAPA. Basic Requirements: B.S. or M.S. degree in logistics or a related discipline. Experience with logistics processes and ERP systems (e.g. SAP O2C, SC, SD, EWM, W&D, QM, FI/CO, MM/WM, SCP). Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and commercial ERP processes. Knowledge of GDP and GMP requirements and applicable quality standards. Demonstrated project management experience, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Good understanding of pharmaceutical quality operations and Quality Management Systems (e.g. GSK QMS or equivalent). Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and define corrective and preventive actions. Proven ability to assess customer supply risks and develop effective mitigation plans. Ability to prepare complete, accurate technical documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools. Working model: This role is hybrid.
