Regional Supply Chain Material Planning Manager (Secondment) You will lead material planning and regional supply chain activities across Türkiye and nearby markets. You will work closely with procurement, manufacturing sites, and commercial teams to keep supply reliable and optimise inventory. Responsibilities: This is a secondment role, with target end date as 30th of September, 2027. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Accountable for determining stock policy for all materials required for the production process at all 9 sites within International Markets Set boundaries, policies and replenishment models for the material scheduling activities at sites Ensure adherence to stock policies and effective management of inventory and obsolescence for materials across the L2L sites. Monitor the performance of site material scheduling activities e.g. adherence to planning parameters, adherence to contractual terms, overall working capital performance versus targets Initiate and lead performance improvement projects with sites to improve service & working capital Lead the monthly International Markets Material Review Meeting process with key Procurement & supply planning stakeholders Support the development of a consolidated demand signal for the Procurement team to provide visibility over the 2-year horizon for the strategic purchasing process. Be a key contributor to decisions made before annual commitments are given to third-party suppliers Partner with L2L sites on the relevant escalation boards to represent the needs of the sites in the necessary platforms Partner with Procurement on the relevant operating boards to represent the needs of the L2L sites. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - University degree in supply chain, engineering, logistics, business, or related discipline. - Minimum 4 years of experience in material planning, supply chain planning, or inventory management. - Practical experience with planning systems such as SAP or equivalent ERP tools. - Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data to drive decisions. - Clear communicator in English; Turkish language skills preferred. - Ability to work in a matrix organisation and build collaborative relationships across functions. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Degree or certification in supply chain management, APICS or similar. - Experience in pharma, life sciences, or FMCG sectors. - Experience managing regional or multi-site planning activities. - Experience with DRP, RCCP or S&OP processes.- Project management experience and change agent mindset. - Familiarity with supplier relationship management and tactical sourcing.
