Job description

Key responsibility 1. Value evidence generation (PHI & CEA) • Lead the generation of policy-relevant value evidence for adult vaccines, including Public Health Impact (PHI) and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) • Conduct budget impact and scenario analyses aligned with National Immunization Program (NIP) decision criteria • Ensure all analyses meet the required standards for government health economic submissions • Oversee stepwise local adaptation of global economic models, including: – Review of global models and assumptions – Exploratory simulations in the Korean context – Local adaptation using Korean epidemiology, cost, and utility inputs • Collaborate with external academic partners and internal Medical/HEOR teams 2. Access strategy development • Develop evidence‑based access strategies for adult vaccines by integrating: Value evidence outputs (PHI/CEA) Korean NIP policy framework and decision drivers Market access considerations (prioritised populations, sequencing, affordability) • Identify target populations where cost‑effectiveness and policy impact are most compelling • Design population‑specific and phased access scenarios aligned with budget and policy constraints • Translate complex economic findings into clear, policy‑relevant narratives for stakeholders. 3. Governance & Publication Considerations • Ensure alignment with global methodological principles and governance requirements • Document and justify methodological choices and local adaptations in a transparent manner • Support internal decision-making on publication strategy, without pre-committing to external dissemination Key Requirements • 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry/academy with in-depth understanding for HEOR • Master’s degree or above in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field is preferred. • Strategic mindset with problems solving, and analytical ability. • Pro-active attitude and the ability to work independently • Experience in communicating, influencing, and negotiating with healthcare policy decision-makers • Good communication & negotiation skill • Collaborative work with internal & external stakeholders • Fluent in English Skills Data to Insights, Digital Fluency, Pricing Management, Pricing Policy, Pricing Strategies, Scientific Literacy, Stakeholder Management Why GSK?
