Key Responsibilities: Ownership and maintenance of PPNS process overall process architecture. Lead the annual refresh cycle as well as drive and track continuous improvement of processes. Complete assessment of and document current PES processes, including key outputs, inputs, roles & responsibilities Ownership of Network Sourcing Council (NSC) governance, process as well as facilitation of Biotherapeutics and Synthetics NSC monthly meetings. Ensure NSC SharePoint and KPIs are properly and frequently updated. Ownership and maintenance of PPNS Public SharePoint management and improvements as well as internal SharePoint Project & portfolio management in Planisware and during business planning cycles. Collaborate with the Biotherapeutics/Synthetics platforms to ensure timely and accurate entry into Planisware. Partner with IMSC PMO to collaborate on process improvements. Ownership of PPNS Strategy Core Processes (Network Refresh/Refine Processes and RACI, Site Direction Day, Signal roadmap, Decision Support Tool process). End-to-end process owner for the product portfolio and network strategy decision support tool (DST). Responsible for ensuring process meets expectations in terms of established efficiency and effectiveness, which includes the overall governance of the process, inputs, and outputs. Execution of ad hoc key initiatives and projects by providing analysis and recommendations around project feasibility or other initiatives as determined by management. Fostering partnership between the team and other key supply chain functions by creating structured engagements, proactively sharing data and insights, and maintaining digital collaboration platforms. Driving continuous improvement and accessibility of the team playbooks and templates. Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's/University Degree required. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience in Planning, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related function. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation, and partnership and collaborate/communicate across teams cross-functionally to achieve process and performance excellence. Ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives and work across teams. Experience in handling complex and/or interdependent initiatives in a matrix format. Ability to translate trends and insights into functional implications. Preferred: Experience with one or more of the following softwares/processes: Python, Planisware, scenario analysis, or similar processes. Industry experience in Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical Experience working with Biologics Experience with financial tools routinely used in business case valuation (e.g., NPV analysis). Other: Requires fluency in English (oral and written) Requires the ability and flexibility to accommodate US, EMEA, and APAC work schedules when needed Requires ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $144,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
