Job Function: Human Resources Job Sub Function: HR Operations Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Compensation, located in Bogota, Colombia. The Analyst, Compensation supports the execution of compensation programs by ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and process delivery. This role contributes to day‑to‑day compensation activities while developing foundational expertise in total rewards. Key Responsibilities: • Support the execution of compensation processes, including salary reviews and incentive cycles, following established procedures • Maintain and update compensation data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with policies • Assist with data validation, audits, and issue resolution to support high‑quality compensation data and reporting • Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders • Support market pricing and benchmarking activities, including survey data preparation and submission • Respond to routine compensation inquiries, escalating issues as needed • Assist with documentation, process guides, and knowledge management materials • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting process enhancements • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls in all activities Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Advanced degree or coursework in HR or Compensation preferred Experience and Skills: Required: • 1-3 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, data analysis, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and HR systems or data tools (e.g., Workday preferred) • Ability to follow established procedures and deliver consistent, high‑quality outputs under supervision • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred: • Exposure to compensation processes such as merit, bonus, or market pricing • Familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking practices • Experience supporting HR or Total Rewards teams in a global or shared services environment • Basic knowledge of HR compliance and audit requirements • Experience using reporting or data visualization tools • Interest in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Other: • Language: English required; Spanish proficiency highly preferred • Travel: Up to 10%, primarily domestic with occasional international travel • Certifications: HR or compensation certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit www.careers.jnj.com.
