Position Summary The Product Owner / POM Team Leader is responsible for driving operational readiness, product lifecycle management, and cross‑functional coordination for multiple products. This role leads a cross‑functional POM team, represents Operations in Product Line Core Teams and Product Development Teams, and ensures successful development, qualification, and manufacturing ramp‑up of new and existing products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a cross‑functional POM team and serve as the primary Operations representative throughout the product lifecycle. Make decisions and commitments on behalf of Operations in Product Line Core Team (PLCT) and Product Development Team (PDT) meetings. Develop, manage, and execute qualification plans, including engineering samples and qualification builds. Partner with Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Sales Operations, and Factory teams to support product development and manufacturing ramp‑up. Ensure Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM) and production readiness across key operational functions. Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and SKU management requirements. Maintain and update internal systems to reflect NPI/engineering demand, assembly instructions, build requirements, and engineering sample plans. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to advance operational modeling, automation, and cost‑reduction opportunities. Manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Lead all NPI builds, CTB and Build Readiness and commit the build schedule and shipment date back to product core teams Supervise all readiness activities, communicate issues with cross functional teams to facilitate achieving the overall business goals and drive priorities per the program goal set by PDT Drive ramp plans and prepare and conduct PLC level material readiness review and stakeholder alignment and phrase exits REQUIRED: BS/ B Tech in Engineering / Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science, MS/M Tech/ MBA preferred 5-7 years of Program Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) experience specializing in EMS/Semiconductor. SKILLS: Demonstrates strong analytical and presentation skills, with solid knowledge of semiconductor industry NPI processes, supply chain operations, and cross‑functional activities. Highly proficient in data analysis, communication, and delivering clear, impactful presentations in dynamic environments. Experienced in collaborating with multinational teams and capable of working independently with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse cultural backgrounds. Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Skilled at challenging existing processes constructively, proposing solutions, and driving implementation of new workflows. Proficient with MS Excel, MS Project, Agile systems, and SAP.
