Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. - Analyze equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues. - Recommend and implement solutions to resolve equipment problems, ensuring optimal performance. - Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing support groups to implement equipment improvement activities. - Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them. - Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities. - Follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures while performing equipment maintenance tasks. - Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Wafer Level Dicing Saw, AOI, Mount, Tape and Reel manufacturing equipment. These include automated handlers’ sub-assemblies and related components or parts. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
