In this vital role the Senior Marketing Manager of Field Reimbursement Support (FRS) is responsible for the strategy, budget, and operational oversight of FRS teams and for Amgen pharmacy benefit products. Responsibilities for this role will include the following:Serve as business owner for FRS teams supporting Amgen specialty benefit products Manage collaborative work across PSP Work cross functionally with other business units and internal partners to ensure maintenance of Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards Manage strategy, budget, and performance monitoring of FRS teams Creation and MAC submission of above brand FRS materials, including trainings Evaluate opportunities across the entire PSP portfolio WinWhat we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization Preferred Qualifications: Experience in reimbursement and patient support service programs OR field management experience Ability to lead strategic projects from concept development through execution Experience working with advertising and/or media agencies developing impactful materials on time, on budget and on target Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across partners to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure flawless execution Strong organizational skills - to set targets, track to milestones and complete projects Ability to successfully prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and to influence without authority Ability to work effectively as a member of a team Confidence in working with various levels of staff Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills Ability to influence others while fostering a value-based environment of dedication and fairness Demonstrates creativity and foresight in anticipating and solving complex project issues ThriveWhat you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
