As the Performance Analytics & Insights Manager for the ACC Region, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead the regional analytics strategy, accelerate the adoption of Business Intelligence and AI solutions, and foster a culture where insights drive commercial performance and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, enabling teams and stakeholders to leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency across multiple markets. Job Description Key Responsibilities Define and execute the regional Data, Analytics, and BI strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives. Deliver actionable insights that influence commercial decisions and support strategic initiatives across the ACC region. Drive adoption and utilization of analytics platforms, dashboards, and self-service reporting tools. Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that create measurable business value. Accelerate automation and digital innovation to improve operational effectiveness. Champion the adoption of modern analytics technologies and best practices across the organization. Manage and develop a regional analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous learning. Lead complex regional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across local, regional, and global functions. Build strong partnerships with leadership teams, brand teams, and cross-functional colleagues to ensure successful execution and alignment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and strong stakeholder engagement. Essential RequirementsStrong expertise in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and performance measurement. Demonstrated ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Proven experience leading teams and managing strategic cross-functional projects in matrix organizations. Advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including practical implementation of AI use cases. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, and Microsoft analytics technologies. Strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen and execution excellence. Experience driving digital transformation and data adoption programs. Desirable RequirementsExperience with advanced analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and data governance frameworks.
