Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do- Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Endoscopy line in a region that covers the Metropolitan areas of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, driving growth while ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence. Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national objectives. Set territories, quotas, and targets for indirect channels and direct sales teams. Drive forecasting, reporting, and demand planning, contributing to IBP discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, HMOs, and key institutions. Lead territory business reviews, sales meetings, and performance follow-ups. Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for the assigned territory. Ensure full compliance with Stryker policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements. What you need- Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Previous sales management experience. Experience leading highly complex B2B and capital equipment sales. Track record leading and developing high performance teams. Fluent in English. Desired Intermediate or higher proficiency in Spanish. MBA or postgraduate degree in Business or Commercial Strategy. Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) models. Travel Percentage: 50%
