The Senior Director - Assistant Global Controller is responsible for closing and reporting responsibilities of the company on a global scale. The position reports to the Cytiva Global Controller and is part of the Finance organization located in Amersham UK and will be an on-site role. What you will do: Responsible for overseeing the shared service controllership activities including Cash, Inter-company, Closing, Compensation & Benefits, Fixed assets and other processes Supervising a team of process leaders and the broader shared services team of more than 100 associates Overall responsibility for the accounting, closing and reporting activities of the company Expected to lead continuous process improvement efforts to ensure timely accurate reporting produced with maximum efficiency.. Who you are: Experienced in US GAAP global statutory reporting requirements and processes Demonstrated ability to lead large finance teams with global responsibility Track record of process improvement using Danaher DBS or equivalent methods 10+ years of experience in finance related role Ability to work cross functionally with other Finance and business functional teams Fluency in ERP, Management reporting (Hyperion/OneStream) and other IT systems commonly employed in Finance function Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
