This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company’s targets while ensuring high customer service level. Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished/semi-finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines. Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization. Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics. 6+ years of experience in Production Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations within a manufacturing environment. Experience working in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and/or Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments with knowledge of customized production processes and engineering change management. Extensive hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, for MRP execution, production planning, procurement, inventory management, purchase order processing, and reporting. Strong understanding of Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Procurement Processes, Capacity Planning, and Manufacturing Operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate planning data, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, and planning tools. Advanced English Level is required for the role.
