The Position Senior Software Delivery Manager Join our DDS Pathology Lab team, where we collaborate to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that transform patient diagnostics worldwide. In this role, you will bridge the gap between agile software development and stringent healthcare quality standards, directly impacting how life-saving data is processed. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events. The Opportunity Value Flow & Agile Delivery: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART), support the project team with planning, scheduling, tracking, and managing development deliverables, and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies. Documentation & Compliance: Accountable for identifying, planning, and tracking project documentation deliverables according to Quality System processes and driving excellence in Agile ways of working. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with SCRUM teams and stakeholders to plan, schedule, and track the delivery of development and design change processes within the Agile framework, and create/maintain comprehensive reports to communicate status to project leaders. Dependency & Change Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor the status of any dependencies and drive timely handoffs. Manage and maintain Design History Files (DHF) and different change workflows via the Electronic Document Management System. Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate technical review meetings and drive the completion of any identified action items. Operational Excellence: Create and maintain best practice and operating procedure documentation in the team knowledgebase. Continuous Improvement: Drive a continuous improvement focus across project teams to ensure consistency and alignment, and recommend process improvements based on feedback and experience. Culture & Quality: Model our speak-up culture in a constructive and professional manner while monitoring work to ensure quality and continuously promoting "Quality First Time". Other duties as assigned by management. Who You Are Experience & Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in software project management, agile frameworks, and a strong ability to plan project components and effectively report status to stakeholders (Required). Technical Tooling: Strong skills in using software development and delivery platforms (such as Jira/ADO), electronic document management systems, and project management/data visualization tools (Required). Regulatory Knowledge & Standards: Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards such as 21 CFR Part 820 (820.30 Design Control), ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and IVDR (Required). Documentation & Process Skills: Outstanding ability to create/edit operating procedures, document work accurately, and produce complete, consistent, and usable project documentation (Required). Professional Competencies: Excellent time management, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting strict deadlines (Required). Communication & Judgment: Strong written and verbal communication skills as a proactive communicator, with the ability to use discretion and impartial judgment to ascertain appropriate solutions/actions to a range of problems (Required). What You Get Salary range: 22,666.67 - 42,100.00 PLN gross monthly based on the employment contract (determined by the annual 272,000.00 - 505,200.00 PLN range).
