Join the Product Development Medical Affairs (PDMA) Nucleus Team in the Services, Solutions, and Innovation space for a 12-month internship in Basel. The Services, Solutions & Innovation team within Roche’s Nucleus is driving digital transformation in Medical Affairs. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving organizational projects with new systems, ranging from optimizing data for smarter decisions and supporting communications to project management and cross-functional collaboration with higher visibility. The Opportunity: You contribute actively to digital transformation and the development of solutions that enable reliable reporting and data-driven decision-making. Your role involves assisting in the planning, tracking, and thorough documentation of ongoing project progress. You prepare engaging communications and high-quality materials to effectively connect with and inform stakeholders. Cross-functional collaboration is a key part of your work as you seek to understand and support large-scale organizational initiatives. You take full ownership of small-scale projects, driving them from the initial concept all the way to successful delivery. By gathering stakeholder needs, you act as a bridge between teams and technical partners to drive the human-centered adoption of new digital tools and systems. Who you are:You are currently enrolled at a university or have graduated within 12 months prior to the start of the internship in the fields of Business Administration, Life Sciences, Data Sciences, or related fields. You are open-minded, flexible, creative, and proactive, approaching tasks with a strong can-do attitude. As a natural team player, you possess exceptional communication, assertiveness, and self-reflection skills. Your strong organizational talent is complemented by solid project management capabilities and a highly analytical mindset. Fluency in spoken and written English allows you to communicate confidently in an international environment. Ideally, you bring some international work experience alongside a genuine interest in digital transformation or the pharmaceutical industry. You feel completely comfortable using Google Apps Suite, leveraging AI tools, and working with modern project management methodologies.
