The PositionJob Title: Patient Journey Partner (PJP) – Ophthalmology Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, India As a Patient Journey Partner ,you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey. Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and customer needs. Build trusted partnerships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders. Drive scientific and value-based engagements while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance. Identify opportunities to improve patient access and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. Execute territory plans using customer insights, data, and agile ways of working. Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful customer and patient outcomes. Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred. 2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry. Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred. Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Learning agility, digital mindset, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
