The Manufacturing Technician will perform various tasks to support the compounding, of an aseptic product including Manufacturing batches, testing filters, documenting batch related activities, housekeeping and environmental monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Carry out the daily tasks as assigned by the Production Manager according to GMP and the quality system Perform activities associated with the compounding of an aseptic process. Prepare components and equipment for processing into a Grade C environment. Accurately completing documentation in a timely manner, accurately and legibly. Keeping the Manufacturing area tidy and clean. Review and update documentation as requested by the Production Manager Participating in root cause analysis and problem solving. Completing compliant investigations and environmental excursions. Adhering to all company standards in the area of safety, housekeeping and quality, notifying management of any discrepancies. Follow gowning procedures on entry to Grade C area Report any maintenance issues to the Production Manager and to the maintenance department. Set-up, clean and maintain equipment To carry out any other duties as requested by the Production Manager 2-3 Years working in a manufacturing environment. Preferably Aseptic/Sterile Manufacturing but not essential. Experience working in a cleanroom environment would be advantageous. Third Level qualification in science or engineering discipline an advantage but not essential.
