This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development efforts and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders to promote a collaborative work environment. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery. - Strong experience in designing and optimizing data models and queries within cloud-based data warehousing environments. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems. - Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization for large-scale data processing. - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to data storage and access.
