Must have skills : SAP for Retail Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with market trends and client needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and support enterprise-wide initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches for enterprise transformation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Strong knowledge of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies. - Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization within large organizations. - Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets and solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.
