A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role includes accurate revenue forecasting. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes through effective communication and governance.You will build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders with transparent communication. You will host meetings with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring projects are implemented and completed based on planned timelines. You will conduct site visits to support project implementations, report site status & progress accurately. You will plan, communicate and monitor installations. You will take ownership of delivery dates and revenue trigger dates. You will update and maintain project documentation. You will ensure projects are carried out in accordance with Implementation Guide or equivalent (e.g. updated project schedule, drawings, kickoff presentation, etc.). You will execute project per project plan/Gantt chart. You will maintain constant communication with customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders. You will perform detailed site checks at key project milestones to support planning of machine delivery date and installation scheduling. You will provide reliable project closure and financial forecast and actively drive projects accordingly. You will escalate issues, discrepancies and scope creep to manager/accountable stakeholder. You will identify problem areas, analyze causes, define solution proposals and pursue them independently. You will maintain updated project documentation. Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge You have solid experience with global PM processes. You have a proven background in the Medical Technology (MedTech) industry, with a deep understanding of its regulatory environment, product lifecycle, and market dynamics. You have at least 7 years of experience in Project Management and other related fields. You are able to efficiently use PM tools. You are able to define project scope and project plan independently. You are able to manage projects independently. Independently communicate & collaborate with customers & other stakeholders.
