This role sits within the Data Reliability Engineering (DRE) team and reports to the Senior Engineering Manager. The position plays a key role in ensuring data quality, system reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of analytics and cloud-based solutions supporting ARIA CORE Insights. What You will do: You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions that support oncology operational insights and reporting. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based data platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity. You will investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions. You will contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analytics teams, and customer-facing teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions. You will be customer facing to address problems and identify solutions You will validate deployments, system changes, and upgrades to ensure stable and reliable operations. Required Qualifications Experience: 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics, or technical support. Skills: Programming experience with Java and/or Python, SQL, relational databases, and cloud technologies. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Your Expertise Knowledge of software development fundamentals and data engineering concepts. Experience with SQL and relational databases, exposure to data warehousing technologies, hands on Snowflake is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems. Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of ETL processes, data quality, and scalable data architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and modern development techniques such as vibe coding, spec driven development to support software development, data analysis, and automation initiatives. Domain knowledge in healthcare and oncology data is desirable. The base pay range for this position is: $72,860 - $100,188 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
