Supply Chain Analyst, APAC VC (1-Year Contract)(Sr. Associate, Supply Chain Planning) ✔️ Team: APAC VC S&OP ✔️ Location: Seoul, South Korea ✔️ Employment type: Fixed-term Temporary Contract *Potential for contract extension and/or conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs. ✔️ Reports to: APAC VC S&OP Director Job Description Summary Drive Regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Vision Care franchise to achieve optimal demand management performance. Deploy S&OP process pillars and best practices to markets based on global guidelines, and ensure those are understood and established locally. This function will act as the liaison between the local and regional management teams for all aspects of the demand and supply management process. In addition, this role interacts with Global Supply Chain team to drive the regional demand management plan throughout the process to ensure financial and Customer requirements are achieved. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, analyze, and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and business inputs. Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and demand volatility, and recommend continuous improvement actions. Support monthly S&OP and demand review processes with APAC country teams and regional stakeholders. Analyze historical sales trends, market intelligence, promotional activities, and business events to improve forecast quality and planning effectiveness. Build demand planning scenarios and identify risks and opportunities to support business decision-making. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain teams to align demand and supply plans and address regional supply issues. Support product launches, lifecycle management, portfolio changes, and special business initiatives. Prepare analyses and presentation materials for regional management reviews and executive S&OP meetings. Act as a key regional user for SAP IBP planning processes and support planning system enhancements and user guidance. Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies, planning processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities. QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or related fields. Strong analytical, quantitative, and data management skills. Experience in demand and supply planning processes. Knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and demand planning models. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to effectively present analyses and recommendations to regional leadership teams. Business-level English communication skills. PreferredExperience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning systems. Experience supporting regional or APAC planning activities. Experience working in cross-functional Supply Chain, Commercial, or Operations environments. What You'll GainExposure to regional APAC Supply Chain and S&OP operations.
