Job Description The role serves as the central hub for franchise strategy, business intelligence, forecasting, financial management, cross-functional execution, and new market development, working closely with Marketing, Medical, KAM, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Finance, and external partners, driving franchise growth by translating insights into strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying future business opportunities that expand HPV prevention and access. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES HPV Strategy Planning, Forecasting & Financial Management (50%) · Lead HPV brand strategy and annual marketing planning (3 cycles per year). Lead HPV Strategy, Forecasting, Demand planning, shaping annual and multi‑year financial growth priorities aligned with global strategy and local business context, P&L stewardship · Serve as key interface with regional and global Vaccines teams, ensuring strategic coherence in highly complex public‑health initiative · Own demand forecasting with commercial assumptions for the HPV franchise. · Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and business risks. · Lead budget planning, financial tracking, and resource allocation. · Ensure effective monitoring of franchise investments and spending. · Ensure consistent, customer-centric, and compliant brand execution across all channels. · Partner with Medical, Sales, and external agencies to develop impactful campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Business Intelligence & Performance Management (20%) · Act as the central point of contact for HPV business intelligence and market insights on HCC & HCP behaviors. · Translate insights into business focus and actions · Monitor market dynamics, policy developments, and customer trends. · Develop business performance and leadership updates. · Generate actionable recommendations to support business decisions. Business Development & Market Expansion (15%) · Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative growth models. · Develop commercialization plans and business cases for market expansion initiatives. · Explore opportunities to improve HPV awareness, access, affordability, and vaccination uptake. · Support development of strategic partnerships across healthcare ecosystems. · Monitor and track progress with high result-orientation & compliance-adhered manner. Cross-functional Operations (15%) · Serve as the operational orchestrator across Medical, Marketing, KAM, Sales, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence from local side. · Drive alignment of cross-functional priorities and ensure high quality & timely execution plans for HPV, monitor implementation progress. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Desired Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, open to non-pharma background 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Consulting, Healthcare, FMCG, Consumer Health, or related industries. Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, business analytics, and cross-functional project management. Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and drive business results. Professional Competencies Required: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Highly analytical and data-driven. Expertise in project & stakeholders management Fluency in English communication Strong ownership and execution mindset. Collaborative and influential across functions.
