Major Duties & Responsibilities New Product Planning (NPP) Support the development and execution of launch readiness plans for late-stage pipelines, including market definition, opportunity sizing, competitive landscape analysis, and positioning frameworks Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and messaging strategies Assist in defining target product profiles and core communication platforms Support cross-functional launch team activities by tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and key dependencies under the guidance of senior team members Assist in analyzing market opportunities for BMS pipeline assets, including preparation of supporting data and analysis for business cases Contribute to customer segmentation analyses and early-stage market planning activities Support portfolio planning processes across business units to ensure coordinated resource allocation, evidence planning, and market preparation for upcoming launches across multiple therapeutic areas Prepare and maintain launch-related materials, internal reports, and presentation decks for management reviews Business Development (BD) Support local partnership activities including preliminary opportunity screening, partner data collection, and coordination of internal review processes Assist in reviewing and evaluating candidate assets from a scientific perspective based on pre-established criteria, under guidance of BD Sr. Manager Support academic researchers and biotechs to supplement key data required for internal evaluation processes Contribute to the maintenance of open innovation networks by supporting engagement activities with academic research centers and biotech companies in Korea Assist in advancing Open Innovation initiatives to identify external partnership opportunities in Korea's evolving pricing reform environment General Demonstrate core BMS values in day-to-day work: Integrity, Innovation, Passion, Urgency, Accountability, and Inclusion Key Outputs & Measurements Quality and completeness of analyses and reports supporting launch readiness plans and portfolio strategies Timeliness and accuracy of project tracking and deliverable management Quality of partnering opportunity assessments and supporting materials Desired Experience & Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or above (Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biopharmaceutical industry Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally Professional verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Preferred Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, market research, or business development support Familiarity with strategic frameworks, marketing strategy, and lifecycle management concepts Ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into clear summaries Fluent in English (written and oral) If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
