This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ 职位：人力资源专员 合同期：一年 岗位职责： 负责公司一线员工的全流程招聘工作，确保人员及时到位； 对接劳务公司与派遣员工，做好人员协调、管理及沟通； 负责员工考勤数据核对和管理； 员工工伤的申报和跟进处理； HR部门的日常事务支持，包括通告发放、培训实施、HR采购、年度体检等 协助处理员工关系，营造和谐工作氛围； 协助上级完成绩效考核及薪酬福利相关工作； 上级安排的其他HR相关工作任务。 任职要求： 本科学历，人力资源管理或相关专业优先考虑； 3年以上相关工作经验者优先； 熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规； 细心负责，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神； 工作细致认真，责任心强，具有较强的学习能力； 能用英语进行基本的日常沟通和邮件回复； 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel和Word。 Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
