This position reports to: Direct Sales Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver the execution of projects for New Zealand's distribution Solutions business. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business in New Zealand. You will have the opportunity to work with some large dynamic companies in New Zealand delivering projects that will help shape our future Electrification landscape. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading and executing projects; working with our international factories and local stakeholders. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the roleYou are skilled in and relish the challenge to deliver project outcomes in Electricity and Industrial markets Ability to demonstrate your experience in delivering projects on time, on budget to customers satisfaction Possess an strong knowledge of Project management processes, requirements and deliverables Degree or proven experience in project management and engineering disciplines You are at ease communicating both with customers and internal stakeholders You hold current and valid visa and work permit for New Zealand What's in it for you?
