This position reports to: IS Manager __ 职位名称： 暑期实习生 - ERP与AI数字化转型方向 (Intern - ERP & AI Digital Transformation) 工作地点： 北京或厦门 实习时长： 1-1.5个月 所属部门： IS ERP Team 职位描述: 在这个充满活力与技术前沿的暑期实习项目中，你将加入我们核心的 ERP 团队。在这一个月里，你不仅能近距离接触全球领先的企业级系统管理模式，还将深度参与团队的数字化与智能化转型进程。你将协助团队进行核心业务文档的系统化梳理，并作为“AI知识库”的重要建设者，利用先进的数字化工具优化团队的知识资产管理。 主要职责 (Key Responsibilities): • AI知识库建设与管理： 协助团队梳理、分类及优化现有的技术与业务文档，参与企业级 AI 知识库的搭建、语料整理与维护工作，提升知识检索效率。 • ERP业务文档整理： 负责日常项目文档、技术规范等重要文档的收集、归档、格式校对与系统上传，确保符合AI知识库标准。 • 日常行政与项目支持： 协助团队推进日常数字化项目处理基础的数据录入与交叉验证工作，支持团队的高效运转。 职位要求 (Qualifications): • 教育背景： 统招本科或硕士在读，理工科背景（计算机、信息管理、软件工程、自动化、数学或相关工程类专业）优先。 • 核心技能： 熟练使用 Microsoft 365 办公套件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、SharePoint 等）；对大语言模型（LLM）、AI 知识库或Prompt 调优有浓厚兴趣或探索经验者大加分。 • 软性素质： 具备极强的细心度与责任感，逻辑思维清晰，做事踏实高效；具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和学习敏锐度。 • 时间要求： 能尽快入职，保证为期 1 个月的全职实习。 Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
