This position reports to: Regional Marketing & Sales Manager - Asia Pacific and India __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are customer. You will be mainly accountable for:Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database. Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status. Qualifications for the roleShould have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Electrical). Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience with at least 3 years in leadership positions. Work experience in complex applications across industry verticals. Significant work experience, preferred to have exposure to major industries like , Electronics , Utility , Gas & Oil and data centers industries in Taiwan and solid commercial and financial experience. Strategic leadership skills.
