Join us and help shape the future of technology across APAC. 建立並優化公司行政營運與制度流程，確保辦公室與資產有效管理、預算與費用控管到位，並透過跨部門協作提升員工體驗與組織運作效率。 主要工作內容 ▎營運行政與制度管理 統籌行政總務日常運作與部門管理 公司證件／印章／授權文件之申請、保管、使用控管與維護 規劃、制定、推動與持續優化公司行政政策、流程與內控制度 支援 ESG、ISO 與資安（如 ISO 27001）相關作業：制度文件、稽核準備、內部宣導與追蹤改善 ▎辦公室與資產管理 辦公室環境與電氣設備建置、維護、供應商管理與異常處理協調 固定資產採購、驗收、建檔、盤點、維修保養、報廢與資產保全 年度／專案預算編列、費用審核與控管，定期產出行政費用分析報表與改善建議 薪資相關行政支援（如零用金管理、二代健保申報等），與人資／財務單位協作 ▎跨部門協作與員工福利 跨部門行政資源整合與溝通協調，提升內部客戶滿意度 規劃與執行員工福利制度（團保、健檢、員工旅遊等），進行供應商評估與成本效益分析 公司活動統籌與專案管理（如尾牙、年節禮品、內部活動等），控管預算、時程與品質 支援勞資會議與職安相關委員會運作（會議安排、資料彙整、紀錄與追蹤事項），確保符合法規與內部規範 Interested applicants are invited to apply via our careers portal.
