Job Title: Consultant I, Total Rewards Job Description The Consultant, I Total Rewards will support Global Total Rewards Director to manage annual global merit increase program from end to end, which includes timeline development, budget modeling, data preparation, system set up, global and region total rewards coordination, etc.Analyze, design, and implement the organization's total rewards programs, including but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefit programs, local allowances, voluntary benefit programs, discount programs or total rewards technology and tools Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to remain compliant and competitive Manage the global budget, participation, and analysis of compensation surveys; and may serve as Market Pricing System Administrator to ensure integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of compensation-related data Conduct complex cost modeling for compensation initiatives, partnering with Finance stakeholders Lead execution and design of merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processes Lead market pricing efforts, perform job evaluation, and ad-hoc analysis Create communication materials and conduct training related to compensation programs as needed Proactively seek out and maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation policies/practices, reviews trends, and/or advancements in technology to develop recommendations and execute changes and improvements Location: PHL Makati City - Ayala North Exchange Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time
