The Position The Strategy Deployment Office shapes and runs the next generation of Portfolio and Performance monitoring for PT, designing a lean, AI-enabled system that gives leadership a real-time view of how our strategic initiatives and operational performance are progressing. This is a builder role with significant room to shape the approach, adopt new technologies early, and grow your impact as the system and process scale. You will have direct exposure to senior leadership, the freedom to experiment with AI-enabled solutions, and the chance to shape how PT monitors and steers its strategy. The OpportunityPortfolio monitoring: Design, build and maintain a lean system to track the status, risks, and value of PT’s strategic initiatives, giving leadership clear and timely visibility Performance monitoring: Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards that track delivery against our performance promises, enabling just-in-time reporting instead of periodic, manual updates AI & Automation: Identify, pilot and embed AI-enabled tools to automate data collection, reporting and insight generation, reducing manual effort and increasing speed and accuracy Community Building: Be an ambassador for a network of contributors and champions across Operations who feed, trust and use the system, ensuring data quality and broad adoption Process simplification: Continuously assess the maturity of existing monitoring processes, removing complexity and standardizing where it adds value, without overengineering Insights delivery: translate data into clear, actionable insights and visual storytelling for PT stakeholders Governance Cadence Support: feed the monitoring system supporting a regular governance rhythm (e.g. monthly and quarterly reviews), ensuring leadership has the right data, timely, ahead of key decisions Communication of insights: prepare clear concise updates and materials that translate system outputs into a narrative leadership can act on, in coordination with SDO communication needs Who You AreYou are a motivated, self-starting talent with a lean mindset who simplifies before automating, and automates before adding resources. You are a strong communicator who turns data into clear, simple, and visual stories, and a natural connector able to energize a community around a shared system. As a team player, you collaborate easily across functions and seniority levels, bringing high attention to detail balanced with pragmatism, speed, and a deep curiosity to test new AI and digital tools in a builder environment. Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications and experiences: MSc in Engineering, Life Science, Business Administration, Data/Analytics or related fields 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, operations, PMO, or performance management, ideally in pharma, life science, or a related industry - Site experience is a plus Hands-on experience with data visualization or Business Intelligence tools Familiarity with Lean and Project Management (certification is a plus) Exposure to or strong interest in AI and automation tools applied to reporting and process design Experience working in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions, including exposure to governance cadences (e.g., monthly/quarterly business reviews) Are you ready to make a difference and help build our portfolio monitoring from the ground up?
