As a People & Culture Intern, you will not be sitting on the sidelines tracking spreadsheets—you will be right at the heart of driving talent strategy, championing inclusion, and shaping the employee experience across Roche Singapore and the broader APAC region. The Impact You’ll Make Over 6 months, you will get a 360-degree view of HR, taking real ownership of projects across any of the core pillars: Shape the Future Talent Pool (Talent Acquisition): Co-pilot our recruitment cycles, source top-tier talent, coordinate interview journeys, and help us spot the next generation of Roche innovators. Decode Competitive Strategies (Compensation & Benefits): Dive into data analysis and market benchmarking to help ensure our reward programs stay highly competitive and attractive. Spark Connection (Employee Engagement & Culture): Design and launch internal communications, drive wellness programs, and curate cultural events that keep our hybrid workplace vibrant and connected. Fuel Continuous Growth (Talent Development & Learning): Help orchestrate regional training initiatives and learning programs that sharpen our team’s capabilities. Master the Operations (HR Operations & Strategy): Get hands-on with our HRIS systems, streamline the onboarding journey for new hires, and drive strategic ad-hoc projects that directly impact our people operations. Who You Are An Emerging Professional: You are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. A Natural Connector: You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. An Execution Machine: You possess sharp attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously. Analytically Minded: You are comfortable working with data, possess strong problem-solving skills, and are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Adaptable and Proactive: You are a self-starter who brings energy to a team, thrives in a collaborative environment, and figures out how to solve problems when the playbook is not fully written. Preferred Able to commit to a full-time internship from January 2027 to July 2027. Willing to work on-site at our Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore office.
