The PositionThe Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design. As a Digital Campaign Specialist (Events & Congresses) will lead the operational execution of our Global Congresses and Events. You will be responsible for bringing our face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid event experiences to life by executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with the global team, you will drive the creation of digital assets, manage complex project timelines, and analyze campaign performance to shape future digital strategies. Please note that this is a fixed term position for 2 years. The Opportunity: Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for global events and congresses, ensuring seamless delivery across the entire event lifecycle (pre-event, live, and post-event). Create, update, and localize high-quality digital assets including webpages, email campaigns, social media posts, and sales enablement materials across our core platforms. Manage multiple concurrent event projects with tight deadlines, bringing structured coordination and precision to high-volume campaign operations. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, maintaining accurate dashboards and translating marketing metrics into actionable optimization insights. Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to anticipate project bottlenecks, align timelines, and deliver consistent brand experiences. Bring a creative, innovative mindset to our digital marketing processes, proactively identifying opportunities to improve our campaign workflows and technologies. Who You Are: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, alongside 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, or content creation (events experience is a plus). You are highly proficient in managing digital marketing platforms, including website content management systems, email automation tools, social media channels, and CRM systems. You have a proven track record of coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with a strong commitment to zero-error execution. You possess strong analytical capabilities, with experience using marketing analytics tools to track performance, build reports, and derive insights. You are a natural team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and solve problems creatively. You are an adaptable, detail-oriented digital marketer who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You bring a structured approach to managing multiple moving parts and are passionate about leveraging digital channels to create meaningful connections.
