JOB DESCRIPTION:Join Our TeamWe are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys transforming data into strategic insights and partnering with business leaders to drive performance and growth. As a trusted finance business partner, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support, ensuring high-quality financial information is available to support business objectives. Based on the responsibilities and requirements outlined in Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the timely and accurate submission of financial reports and planning deliverables. Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews. Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, balance sheet performance, and profitability. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization. Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and reporting standards. Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools. G/L account and balance reconciliation, continuous partnership with Corporate Finance Service, Balance Sheet forecast specifically AR and Liabilities What You'll BringEducationMaster's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience & SkillsStrong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling, or business finance. Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
