Job Purpose You will join our Planning and Forecasting team in Pakistan. You will help prepare demand and financial forecasts, produce clear reports, and work closely with finance, commercial and supply partners. You will learn quickly, influence decisions, and help improve forecasting processes using technology and practical problem solving. We value curiosity, collaboration and a data-minded approach. Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning and forecasting cycles, including data collection, validation and consolidation. Maintain and update demand and financial models to produce accurate forecasts and scenario analysis. Analyze variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and provide clear, actionable explanations. Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision making across finance, commercial and supply teams. Work with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and improve forecast accuracy and data quality. Contribute to process improvements, automation and the adoption of digital tools to increase efficiency. Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics or a related field. Progress toward or completion of a professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA etc. 0–1 years of experience in financial planning, demand planning, forecasting, supply chain or related analytical roles. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and basic financial modelling. Clear written and spoken English for effective collaboration across teams. Numerate and detail-oriented with a practical, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable learning new systems, tools and automation techniques. Familiarity with driver-based forecasting, variance analysis and budgeting cycles. Experience using automation, scripting or AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and analysis. Exposure to matrix or multi-stakeholder working environments. Strong communication skills and experience preparing materials for business partners.
