Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Accounting Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Zuchwil, Switzerland, Zug, Switzerland Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Finance Analyst as part of the J&J Medtech Principal Operations (MTPO) organization is responsible for supporting and optimizing global intercompany pricing processes across complex supply chain structures while ensuring compliance with Tax and SOX requirements. The role combines finance, data analytics, and project support, including ICP calculations, standard cost and data loads, subsidy reporting, year-end close activities, and ERP system coordination. Working closely with cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives, the senior analyst develops data workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions to provide business insights and support decision-making. The position also partners with Tax, Planning, Supply Chain, and IT teams to document processes, maintain master data integrity, support audits, and ensure accurate implementation of pricing models across multiple systems. While you are welcome to apply to any or all of the postings, we recommend focusing on the specific country(s) that align with your preferred location(s): Ireland & Belgium & Czech Republic Requisition Number: R-088483 Switzerland - Requisition Number: R-088024 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will be: Closely partnering with the project members from different areas such as inventory, AGP, currency and hedging, tax, planning, master data and more Collaborating with the teams supporting related strategic initiatives such as LEGO, GET, Magellan and TranSCend on demand Closely working together with the team lead to provide support in analyzing data, detecting patterns, assessing logic and developing data workflows to process large amounts of data for testing and production environment Supporting the team with the ICP year-end close activities Executing and reporting subsidy requests provided by Tax on Subsidy Control Unit (SCU) and Blackline. Further supporting this process during quarter closes, year-end, JU/NU/BP submissions, and on ad-hoc basis Owning dashboards that utilize data from various ICP tools, giving valuable insights to management in making decisions on a regular basis Responsible for mapping out and documenting impacted supply chain flows to ensure adherence to the tax model in close collaboration with the tax planning group Ensuring accurate calculation of intercompany prices for the intermediary steps in the different supply chain flows Assuming the role of Strive Center of Excellence, supporting the team with ICP-related activities on SAP Lynx and audits Coordinating the timely loading of the calculated data including ICP and Std Cost in the various ERP systems (i.e., JDE 8.12, S/4Hana) and building necessary checks to ensure flawless data set-up and go-live without delays in servicing customer orders Ensuring required approvals are available for standard cost loads and changes, and support SOX audits & controls related to ICP setups of the project Responsible for following all company guidelines related to health, safety and environmental practices as applicable EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: A minimum of a BA/BS degree or relevant qualification is required in business administration, finance, information systems or IT. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional working experience in finance, projects or data management is required. A Master’s/MBA degree or other financial certification is an asset. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Good understanding of the Tax and SOX compliance environments, as well as the broader understanding of the impact of the Intercompany Pricing activities on the downstream finance activities. Profound financial acumen to realize the underlying Tax models behind the calculation of the ICPs at each step of the supply chain Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills across cultural differences, including the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change while optimally supporting the team and customers. Advanced experience in data analytics, dashboarding and reporting with Alteryx, Power BI. SQL is a must. Programming languages like Python, R, C++ are a strong plus. Strong IT literacy with experience in SAP ERP Systems, S/4Hana, JDE, & Microsoft 365. Project experience as either project lead, product owner or core project team member. Consistent track record in cross-cultural business partnering. Proficient in English.
