The Account-to-Report (A2R) organization is a global process-based finance team focused on delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations while partnering closely with corporate and business finance stakeholders. Based in Bangalore, this role supports the Global A2R organization by driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-focused financial solutions in alignment with the Johnson & Johnson Credo. 1. Be Compliant & Maintain Operational ExcellenceEnsure compliance with J&J policies, SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements. Deliver accurate and timely financial close activities and reporting. Own end-to-end Intercompany and Interface Reconciliation processes across EMEA & APAC. Govern global process execution, controls, documentation, and audit readiness. 2. Be a Trusted Business PartnerPartner with BUF, CFMs, SMEs, and Global Process Owners to drive business outcomes. Lead, develop, and mentor teams, SMEs, and future leaders. Act as a key contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and driving alignment. Influence process priorities, resource planning, and operational decisions. 3. End-to-End Process GovernanceServe as process owner within the ICPC model for assigned Intercompany processes. Drive governance, capability strategy, stakeholder alignment, and process performance. Ensure standardized global execution, compliance, and continuous improvement. 4. Create Game-Changing Innovation & Transformation LeadershipLead transformation initiatives including S/4HANA, TransAct, and ICPC programs. Drive automation, digital enablement, productivity, and process simplification. Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and global best practices. Deliver measurable business value through transformation and standardization. Required Skills: - - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including people leadership - Strong understanding of global accounting, Intercompany, and controls - Proven experience in transformation or migration initiatives Preferred - CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent certification - Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder influence - Advanced knowledge of SAP / S4 Hana and automation tools - Experience in Intercompany end to end processes Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Accounting, Accounting Policies, Analytical Reasoning, Billing Operations, Budgeting, Consulting, Cost Management, Developing Others, Financial Analysis, Financial Competence, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Inclusive Leadership, Leadership, Numerically Savvy, Performance Measurement, Process Oriented, Treasury Management
