Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine We are searching for the best talent for Supervisor, Warehouse & DistributionPurposeThe Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL partners, while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on strengthening 3PL governance, ensuring distribution center (DC) performance, and leading cost improvement and efficiency enhancement projects across the end-to-end supply chain. You will be responsible for:Warehouse & Distribution OperationsOversee daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL Coordinate cold chain operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners Monitor shipment execution and ensure proper documentation and filing Manage inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts Resolve operational issues in day-to-day activities 3PL Governance & Performance ManagementMonitor and manage KPIs through regular review meetings with 3PL partners Drive continuous performance improvement at DCs Control logistics costs within budget Manage warehouse capacity planning and optimize transportation flows Support bonded transport and storage in compliance with regulations Compliance & QualityEnsure compliance with GDP, Trade & Customs, and EHS&S requirements Maintain adherence to Korean regulations for pharmaceutical storage and distribution Coordinate internal and external audits at 3PL facilities Project & Continuous ImprovementLead warehouse and distribution-related projects Drive Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) to achieve productivity and efficiency gains Partner with regional/global teams to implement new initiatives Improve end-to-end supply chain performance Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders including EM Planner and Cold Chain teams Build strong partnerships with 3PL and external stakeholders to support business growth Qualifications / Requirements:RequiredBachelor’s degree or above Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Problem-solving and analytical capability Ability to work independently and deliver results Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills PreferredExperience in pharmaceutical industry, including GDP and cold chain logistics Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and operational excellence Project management experience Business acumen with end-to-end supply chain perspective Key Skills & CompetenciesExpertise in warehouse and distribution operations Strong problem-solving skills Project leadership capability Strategic thinking with execution focus Leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) #LI-Onsite #LI-SK3 Legal Entity Innovative Medicine Job Type Regular Application Documents Free-form resume AND cover letter is required (in Korean or English).
